Hi all

This is my first post on the site and am a new Bighorn owner.  It is a k Reg 3.2 v6 Petrol auto and is an absoulute beauty except for one thing - I don't know whether my Fuel Guage is dodgy or not? Any one know the typical MPG? I know it depends on the type of driving etc but any guesses on the average - only yesterday I put £20 of petrol in and after only 55miles the petrol light was starting to flash - it is on constantly now after only 74 - any ideas? Surprised

Not aware of the official figures, but some rough maths brings that out to about 16mpg, not brilliant but I wouldn't have thought it a great surprise, obviously as you say it's how you drive it. Though I wouldn't think it's ever going to be great.

I have just bought a 3.2 V6 manual g/box Bighorn 1992 and found a web site which gave figures for fuel consumption. It doesn't say if for Manual or automatic but mpg is listed at between 18 and 20mpg.As already mentioned 16mpg would probably not be unusual depending on how you drive yours.

Sounds about right compared to what I'm getting with the VX.
