finally going to get round to changing the oil in my auto-box, as well as change the exhaust and all the filters. spent some time looking through the forum and cant seem to find which oil i should use and how much. would appreciate it if someone would jog my memory.

have been putting the job off for abit, but as the tail-pipe just dropped off and the mots due.......time to do a bit of TLC.
